Two payment flows — keep them separate

This company sells Eventum software here. Separately, our Payment Hub software helps organizers collect attendee ticket payments on their own merchant accounts. Mixing those two flows is how programs fail reviews and audits — we document both clearly.

A. Payments to Eventum

Merchant: Eventum Global Solutions LLC. Registered office: 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. India office: SV Enclave, Hadosiddapura, Bangalore - 560035, India. What is sold: listed software subscriptions and implementation packages. Currency: USD. Support: contact@eventumglobalsolutions.com · +1 (302) 312-0652.

B. Payments at events

Merchant: the event organizer (their processor and bank account). Software: Eventum Registration + Payment Hub. Eventum stores tokens, amounts, and statuses — not raw card numbers. Attendee funds settle to the organizer unless a contract says Eventum is collecting on their behalf.

How attendee ticket payments are handled

This is the Payment Hub + Registration path organizers use when they sell tickets to their own events.

  1. Catalog

The organizer creates ticket SKUs, prices, taxes, and capacity in Registration.

  2. Attendee checkout

The attendee selects tickets on the event website and enters required registration data.

  3. Payment intent

Registration asks Payment Hub to start a session with the organizer’s licensed processor. Cards are entered on the processor’s hosted fields.

  4. Confirmation

Only a successful capture issues a ticket, invoice, confirmation email, and QR badge. Declines release inventory.

  5. Refunds and disputes

Organizers refund through Payment Hub according to the event policy. Chargebacks are logged against the original order for evidence.

  6. Settlement

Payouts go to the organizer’s merchant bank account at the processor. Payment Hub reconciles payouts to captures. Eventum does not take possession of attendee ticket funds unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

What we do not do

  • • Store full card numbers or CVV on Eventum servers
  • • Ask attendees to paste cards into chat or email
  • • Mark tickets paid without a processor reference, except audited exceptions
  • • Sell physical goods that require parcel shipping
  • • Collect attendee cards in Taskora — that product is ops-only and reads payment status from Registration / Payment Hub
