By purchasing or using Eventum products you agree to these terms. If you buy on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company. The merchant is Eventum Global Solutions LLC. What we sell

We sell software subscriptions and professional services listed on Pricing. Prices are in USD. Checkout creates a binding order. Enterprise work may also be governed by a statement of work. We do not sell physical merchandise.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate billing information, keep credentials secure, and not misuse the services (unauthorized access, disruption, illegal content, or using Eventum products to run unlicensed money transmission). You are responsible for event content and for attendee data you collect.

Payments and renewals

Subscriptions renew at the then-current rate until cancelled. Failed renewals may suspend access. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Delivery follows the Delivery Policy.

Payment Hub role

Payment Hub is software that connects to licensed processors. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, Eventum is not the merchant of record for attendee ticket sales and does not hold attendee ticket funds.

Warranties and liability

Services are provided with commercially reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventum is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct liability for a paid order is limited to the fees paid to Eventum for that order in the three months before the claim, except where the law forbids a limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
