Taskora
Taskora is Eventum’s operations workspace for event teams. It turns sessions, vendor work, checklists, and assignments into a live run-of-show — so production, speakers, and venues stay coordinated before and during the program.

A Taskora workspace is provisioned within 1–2 business days after cleared payment. A guided run-of-show workshop is scheduled in the first 10 days of the subscription.
How this product is used
Taskora is the event operations product for teams that already run content, registration, and payments on Eventum. Program managers build a run-of-show from CMS sessions. Production assigns vendor tasks, load-in windows, and cue sheets. On event day, operators mark tasks live, blocked, or complete on a shared board. Payment Hub and Registration remain the systems of record for money; Taskora only reads status so ops do not release work that depends on a successful payment.

From purchase on this site to a workspace you can operate.
Step 2
Connect the event model
Link Event CMS so sessions, tracks, rooms, and speakers appear as run-of-show rows. Optional Registration connection adds attendee counts and payment status flags.
Step 3
Roles and templates
Define roles (show caller, AV, catering, registration desk, security) and load checklist templates for load-in, rehearsals, session changeovers, and load-out.
Step 4
Assignments and dependencies
Assign owners, due times, and blockers. Example: exhibitor power drop depends on a captured booth payment in Payment Hub.
Step 5
Event-day rehearsal
Run a tabletop with the live board, mobile view, and fallback offline list before doors open. Go-live is a configuration switch, not a new product install.
Event operations
What happens when the event is live
Day-to-day handling, not marketing claims.
Pre-event
Teams work the checklist: contracts, room diagrams, speaker briefs, and vendor SLAs. Overdue tasks surface by role. Unpaid exhibitors stay on a blocked list until Registration reports capture.
Event day
The show caller drives the run-of-show. Room resets, mic checks, and door openings are timed against the CMS agenda. Staff see only their cues; leads see the full board and exceptions.
After the event
Load-out, returns, and post-show notes close against the same tasks. Incomplete items become a debrief export. Payment follow-ups (invoices, refunds) remain in Payment Hub — Taskora only records that ops handed them off.
Payments
How money is handled with Taskora
Software fees to Eventum versus attendee charges on the organizer’s processor.
What you pay Eventum for
Taskora is a software subscription purchased on this website. It is not a payment processor and does not add a take-rate on ticket sales.
No card collection
Operators and vendors are never prompted for PAN or CVV in Taskora. Failed attendee or exhibitor payments are completed in Registration’s hosted checkout.
Status, not settlement
When connected, Taskora displays paid, pending, refunded, or complimentary flags from Payment Hub so a task can stay blocked. Settlement, refunds, and disputes stay in Payment Hub.
Complimentary and exception work
If ops must proceed before payment (VIP hold, audited exception), a lead records the exception. That does not mark an order paid in Registration.
