Step 1
Buy Registration
Choose a monthly or annual plan on this website. Eventum bills you for the software. Attendee ticket revenue does not pass through this purchase.
Sell tickets, collect attendee data, generate invoices, issue badges, and check people in. Registration is the storefront attendees use; Payment Hub is the ledger behind each successful sale.
From ticket purchase to check-in — in one operating system.
A first event workspace is created after payment. Ticket SKUs can be listed for sale once Payment Hub is connected and a test order has completed.
The Registration Platform is Eventum’s attendee commerce and operations product. Organizers configure ticket products, prices, taxes, capacity, and form fields. Attendees complete a checkout. Payment Hub confirms money movement with the organizer’s processor. Only then does Registration send the confirmation, invoice, and QR badge used at the door.
From purchase on this site to a workspace you can operate.
Step 1
Choose a monthly or annual plan on this website. Eventum bills you for the software. Attendee ticket revenue does not pass through this purchase.
Step 2
Define ticket types, early-bird windows, group rates, workshops, and add-ons. Each SKU has a price, currency, capacity, and refund class.
Step 3
Registration does not take cards directly. It calls Payment Hub, which uses the organizer’s processor hosted checkout or tokenized fields.
Step 4
Checkout requires acceptance of the event terms, privacy notice, and refund rules. Tax display follows the organizer’s tax settings.
Step 5
Confirmation, invoice, and reminder emails are configured. Badge layouts include name, ticket type, and a signed QR payload.
Day-to-day handling, not marketing claims.
Attendees choose tickets, enter required profile data, and pay. Inventory decrements only after a successful payment or an explicit reserved-allotment rule.
Upgrades collect the difference through Payment Hub. Downgrades follow the refund policy. Name changes keep the same payment record.
Door staff scan QR codes. Unpaid, cancelled, or refunded badges are rejected. Partial check-in for multi-day passes is supported.
Software fees to Eventum versus attendee charges on the organizer’s processor.
1) Attendee selects SKUs. 2) Registration validates capacity. 3) Payment Hub opens a processor session. 4) Processor confirms. 5) Registration finalizes the order, emails the receipt, and enables the badge.
Unpaid intents expire. Reminder emails can recover abandoned checkouts. No ticket is valid without a success state from the hub.
Where invoice-later is enabled, Registration can issue an invoice and hold badges until Payment Hub records the settlement — useful for enterprise buyers.
Organizers export units sold, gross, refunds, net, and outstanding invoices. Figures match Payment Hub, not a separate marketing dashboard.
Add a plan to cart and complete checkout. Access is provisioned after payment according to the Delivery Policy.
