How this product is used

Event CMS is the operational content system for your event program. It is not a brochure builder. Editors create structured records — speakers, sessions, tracks, sponsors, hotels, FAQs — and those records are delivered through APIs to the public website, registration flows, PulseDesk knowledge, and on-site displays. When an agenda changes on event morning, the same record updates every surface that reads it.

How we set up Event CMS

From purchase on this site to a workspace you can operate.

Step 1

Purchase and account creation

Select a plan on this site, complete checkout, and receive an order confirmation with your Eventum account email. Billing is in USD to Eventum Global Solutions LLC.

Step 2

Tenant provisioning

We create an isolated CMS workspace, connect it to your event website environment, and issue owner credentials. Optional SSO can be configured during implementation.

Step 3

Content model and roles

We load the event content model (speakers, sessions, sponsors, venues, pages) and assign roles: owner, editor, reviewer, and read-only partners.

Step 4

Channel connections

APIs and webhooks are pointed at your Event Website, Registration Platform, and PulseDesk so published content is reusable rather than copied.

Step 5

Go-live checklist

Preview, accessibility review, and a publish freeze window are agreed before tickets go on sale so last-minute edits remain controlled.

Pre-event publishing

Marketing and program teams update agendas, speaker bios, and sponsor assets without engineering tickets. Reviewers approve sensitive pages before they are public.

During the event

Room changes, session cancellations, and emergency notices are published once and pushed to the website, emails, and support knowledge base.

After the event

Recordings, slides, and certificates can be attached to the same session records for attendee follow-up without rebuilding the site.

What Event CMS charges for

You pay Eventum a software subscription (and optional implementation) on this website. Event CMS itself does not collect attendee ticket money.

Where attendee payments live

Ticket and exhibitor fees are taken on the Registration Platform and settled through Payment Hub and the organizer’s licensed payment processor.

Paid content flags

Sessions or workshops marked as paid in the CMS are linked to ticket SKUs in Registration so an attendee cannot access a gated item without a successful payment record.
