This policy covers the public website, checkout, and customer products (Event CMS, Payment Hub, PulseDesk, Registration, Taskora, Event Websites).

Information we collect

• Account and order data: name, company, billing address, email, phone, products purchased, amounts, and order IDs.
• Customer content you store in our products (event programs, attendee records you collect as controller).
• Usage logs needed to operate and secure the services.
• Payment status and tokens from our payment partner. We do not receive or store full card numbers or CVV.

How we use it

We use information to fulfill orders, provision software, bill and collect payment, provide support, improve reliability, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

We share data with service providers that host infrastructure, send email, and process payments, under contracts that limit their use of the data. Payment card data is handled by the licensed processor, not stored in Eventum databases as PAN.

Customer events

When organizers use Registration, they are typically the controller of attendee data. Eventum processes that data to provide the product. Organizers must provide their own privacy notice to attendees.

Retention

Order and billing records are kept as required for tax and accounting. You may request deletion of account data subject to those obligations by emailing contact@eventumglobalsolutions.com.
